  • 分段回水技术在铅锌矿选矿设计中的应用……赵健伟
  • 摘 要:内蒙古某铅锌矿原生产工艺为优先浮选铅再选锌,尾矿库回水返回至磨矿作业,其产品铅精矿中含锌高,未达到精矿质量标准要求。在该铅锌矿扩建设计中,打破常规尾矿库统一回水的方式,以小型试验结果为依托,设计采用分段回水技术,使回水对生产指标的影响降到最低或不受影响,浮选闭路试验获得了较好指标:铅精矿铅品位66.01 %,含锌3.40 %,铅回收率87.71 %;锌精矿锌品位53.79 %,含铅1.05 %,锌回收率83.05 %。分段回水技术的应用,在国内铅锌矿设计中尚属首例。

    Applicationof staged backwater process in the ore dressing design of lead-zinc mine……Zhao Jianwei

    AbstractThe previous production process used for a lead-zinc ore dressing in InnerMongolia is preferential flotation of lead prior to zinc.The backwater fromtailings pond returns to the grinding operation.But the process results in highzinc content in lead concentrates,failing to meet the requirement ofconcentrate quality standards.In the expansion project design of the mine,theconventional tailings pond backwater pattern is discarded,instead of which,astaged backwater process is applied in the design to minimize,if not eliminatethe effect of backwater on production index according to the small-scale testresults.The closed circuit test obtains fairly good index:in the leadconcentrate,the lead grade is 66.01 %,the zinc content is 3.40 % and the leadrecovery rate is 87.71 %; in the zinc concentrate,the zinc grade is 53.79 %,thelead content is 1.05 % and the zinc recovery rate is 83.05 %.The application ofstaged backwater process is the first case in the lead-zinc mine design.
