  • 离心萃取制备高纯金的工艺研究……吴卫煌
  • 摘 要:针对某黄金冶炼厂高纯金生产效率低、金积压严重、作业环境差等问题,提出利用氯酸钠分金+离心萃取工艺制备高纯金。主要考察了相比、离心转速、萃取级数及洗涤级数等因素对金萃取率的影响,以及离心萃取制备高纯金工艺的稳定性。结果表明:金质量分数为95.31 %的粗金,经氯酸钠分金获得金质量浓度为16.79 g/L的含金贵液,采用二丁基卡必醇进行离心萃取,在萃取相比11.5,转速3 000 r/min,四级萃取、四级洗涤的条件下,金萃取率可达到99 %以上,高纯金合格率达到94 %

    AbstractIn light of the problems in a gold smelting plant,such as low production efficiencyof high purity gold,heavy backlog of gold and poor operation environment,thetechnique of sodium chlorate gold parting process+centrifugal extraction isproposed for the preparation of high purity gold.The influence of phaseratio,rotation speed,extraction stages and washing stages on gold extractionrate and the stability of centrifugal extraction for high purity goldpreparation are analyzed.The results show that for the 95.31 % alloy gold fromwhich 16.79 g/L gold-bearing solution is obtained by sodium chlorate goldparting,the centrifugal extraction with DBC as the extraction solvent,O/A=11.5,3 000 r/min rotation speed,4-stage extractabilityand 4-stage counter-current washing could reach a gold extraction rate above 99% and the pass rate of high purity gold reaches 94 %.
