  • 摘 要:氰渣作为充填骨料进行井下充填可有效解决安全环保问题,降低尾矿综合治理成本。介绍了黄金行业氰化尾矿浆无害化处理技术及优缺点,分别采用臭氧氧化法、固液分离洗涤法、联合处理法进行氰化尾矿浆无害化处理,并对处理后的达标氰渣进行地面模拟充填试验。结果表明,联合处理法处理后的氰渣进行井下填充,不会对地下水及周边空气造成污染,且处理成本较低。该研究可为黄金行业氰渣回填提供参考。

    AbstractCyanide tailings can be a good safety and environmental protection solutionas backfill aggregate for underground filling and lower costs for comprehensivetreatment of tailings.The paper introduced the advantages and disadvantages ofthe non-hazardous treatment of cyanide tailings pulp from goldindustry,conducted non-hazardous treatment of cyanide tailings pulp by ozoneoxidation,solid-liquid separation washing and combined treatmentrespectively,and carried out ground simulation filling test on the qualifiedcyanide tailings after treatment.The results show that underground filling withthe cyanide tailings backfill materials treated by the combined treatmentmethod will not pollute the ground water and peripheral air and has lowcost.The research can be used as reference for cyanide tailings filling in goldindustry.
