  • 摘 要:贵州某卡林型金矿石金以次显微金及微细粒金状态包裹于黄铁矿和毒砂中,载金硫化物黄铁矿和毒砂呈微细浸染状分布,且矿石中砷、碳等有害元素含量较高,属于难处理金矿石。针对矿石性质,进行了浮选流程结构及工艺条件试验研究。结果表明:采用两段磨浮、中矿再选的工艺流程,以硫酸铜作为活化剂、戊基黄药作为捕收剂、MIBC作为起泡剂,浮选闭路试验可获得金品位24.59 g/t、金回收率92.52 %的精矿,试验指标较好。

    Experimentalstudy on flotation of a carlin-type gold ore from Guizhou……Yang Chao,Wang Huai,Hao Fulai,Han Yongqun

    AbstractThe gold in the carlin-type ore is characterized by sub-microscopic goldand microfine gold encased in pyrite and arsenopyrite.The main gold-bearingsulphide minerals in this gold ore are pyrite and arsenopyrite whichdisseminate in microfine grains and the content of detrimental elements likearsenic and carbon is high,making the ore a refractory one.According to the oreproperty,experimental research on flotation flow sheet and process conditionswas carried out.The results show that the 2-stage flotation and grinding andmiddlings re-processing flow sheet with copper sulfate as activator,amylxanthate as collector and MIBC as frother can obtain the concentrate with goldgrade 24.59 g/t and gold recovery rate 92.52 % in closed circuit,which arefairly good test index.
