  • 环保型提金剂浸出试验研究……张景河
  • 摘 要:某堆浸矿山矿石金矿物粒度以-10 μm的微粒金为主,且包裹金占20.9 %。针对该矿石性质,进行了环保型提金剂与氰化钠浸出对比试验研究。结果表明:采用环保型提金剂可获得与氰化钠相当甚至更好的金浸出指标,工业试验金浸出率比使用氰化钠提高0.28百分点,新增效益0.17/t。该环保型提金剂反应动力较强、环境友好、金浸出率高,符合国家环保政策要求,具有广阔的应用前景。

    AbstractThe gold grains in the ores from a heap leaching mine are mostly -10 μm microfine gold and 20.9 % of them arelocked.According to the ore property,comparison and experimental study onenvironmentally friendly lixiviant and sodium cyanide were conducted.Theresults show that the environmentally friendly lixiviant can obtain close ifnot better gold leaching index compared to sodium cyanide.In industrialtest,the gold leaching rate with the environmentally friendly lixiviant is 0.28percentage points higher than that with sodium cyanide.The correspondingprofits are increased by 0.17 yuan/t.The environmentally friendly lixiviant hasstrong leaching kinetics,little environmental impact and high gold leachingrate,conforms to national standards for environmental protection and has widerange of application potentials.
