  • 硫代硫酸盐浸金技术研究进展……郝福来,张世镖,郑晔,李健
  • 摘 要:硫代硫酸盐浸金是氰化浸金工艺最有效的替代方法之一,制约该工艺广泛工业应用的主要因素是硫代硫酸盐消耗量高及浸出液中金回收难。综述了国内外在降低硫代硫酸盐消耗量、浸出液中金高效回收方面的研究进展,介绍了硫代硫酸盐树脂矿浆法—载金树脂洗脱工艺技术。该工艺技术在保证金浸出率前提下,可有效降低药剂消耗量,使浸出过程中硫代硫酸盐消耗量低于10 kg/t,载金树脂洗脱率约为99 %。新工艺技术的开发为硫代硫酸盐浸金工艺的工业应用奠定了基础。

    AbstractThiosulfate leaching is one of the most effective alternatives to cyanideprocess.The main factors constraining wide commercial application of theprocess are the high consumption of thiosulfate and the difficulty of goldrecovery in the leachate.The paper reviewed the research progress ofthiosulfate consumption reduction and efficient recovery of gold from leachateat home and abroad and introduced the thiosulfate resin-in-pulp-gold-bearingresin elution process.Besides obtaining high gold leaching rate,the process caneffectively lower thiosulfate consumption down to below 10 kg/t and reach agold-bearing resin elution rate of 99 %.The new process lays foundation forindustrial application of thiosulfate gold leaching.
