  • 自然崩落采矿法创新技术设计及应用……兰启城
  • 摘 要:随着采矿设备与采矿技术的发展,很多应用自然崩落采矿法开采的矿山已经开始使用铲运机、凿岩台车等先进设备进行生产。基于某钼矿山配备先进采矿设备并应用自然崩落采矿法回采矿石的实际情况,设计采用自然崩落采矿法创新技术进行开采,详述了矿块布置、出矿层布置、拉底层布置和局部通风系统等创新技术的工艺过程。工程实践取得了采矿损失率17 %、矿石贫化率13 %、崩落速度0.12 m/d的较好指标,值得推广。

    AbstractWith the development of mining equipment and mining technology,many minesemploying natural caving mining method for ore extraction have turned toscooptrams,drill jumbos and such advanced equipment for better operation.In thecase of a molybdenum mine that is equipped with advanced mining equipment andemploys natural caving mining method for ore extraction,the paper accordinglydesigned a novel natural caving technique and described in detail the processflowsheet of such novel techniques as ore block layout,ore withdrawal layerlayout,undercut layer layout and local ventilation system.The project achievedmining loss of 17 %,ore dilution rate of 13 % and caving speed of 0.12 m/d.Thedesigns are worth promotion.
