  • 中亚地区某低品位原生金铜矿选矿工艺试验研究……王沐芝,孙洪丽,杨晓龙
  • 摘 要:针对中亚地区某低品位金铜矿石,在原矿工艺矿物学研究的基础上,考察了磨矿细度、抑制剂、捕收剂等因素对浮选指标的影响,并开展了CaOCaO+Ca(ClO)22种抑制剂的浮选闭路对比试验。结果表明:在最佳试验条件下,CaO作为抑制剂可获得相对较好的试验指标,铜、金回收率分别为91.65 %57.72 %;相比CaO作为抑制剂,CaO+Ca(ClO)2组合抑制剂虽可提高金铜精矿铜品位,但铜、金、银回收率均有一定程度的降低。试验结果可为同类矿产资源的开发利用提供参考。

    AbstractBased on the previous mineralogical study of a lowgrade gold-copper ore from Central Asia,experimentalresearch on the effect of grinding fineness,inhibitor,collector on  flotation index.Comparison experiment wasconducted on 2 inhibitors:CaO and CaO+Ca(ClO)2 in closed circuitflotation.The results show that under optimal conditions,CaO can obtain goodtest index as inhibitor with copper recovery rate of 91.65 % and gold recoveryrate of 57.72 %; compared to CaO,CaO+Ca(ClO)2 composite inhibitorcan increases gold-copper concentrate copper grade but the copper,gold andsilver recovery decreases in some extent.The experiment results can be used asreference by similar mineral resources development and utilization.
