  • 摘 要:针对辽宁金凤公司永胜分矿浅部缓倾斜矿体无可行性开采方案问题,结合永胜分矿矿体赋存条件及生产实际,提出了条带式矿柱废石混凝土充填采矿法、沿走向分条废石混凝土充填采矿法和脉内斜坡道上向分条废石充填采矿法3种可行性方案。通过技术经济比较,选择脉内斜坡道上向分条废石充填采矿法作为最优采矿方案,并对该采矿方案进行了现场工业试验,取得了良好的技术经济指标:矿块生产能力65.2 t/d,采矿损失率13.2 %,矿石贫化率8.9 %。采用三轮车通过脉内斜坡道将采场内矿石运出,同时将充填废石运到采场内,实现了缓倾斜浅部矿体安全高效经济回采。

    AbstractThere is no feasible mining plan for the extraction of the moderatelyinclined shallow orebodies in Yongsheng Mine of Liaoning Jinfeng company.Inlight of that,according to the ore-hosting conditions and productionpractice,the paper proposed 3 feasible plans including strip ore pillar wasterock concrete filling mining method,along-strike strip ore pillar waste rockconcrete filling mining method and in-vein ramp upward strip waste rock fillingmining method.After technical and economic comparison,the in-vein ramp upwardstrip waste rock filling mining method was selected as the optimal miningplan.Field industrial test of the plan was conducted and achieved goodtechnical and economic index:ore block capacity 65.2 t/d,mining loss rate 13.2% and ore dilution rate 8.9 %.Tricycle is used in stope to transport ores outon in-vein ramps and waste rock in,realizing safe and efficient extraction ofmoderately inclined shallow orebodies.
