  • 摘 要:通过采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射及偏光显微镜等分析手段,对青海某含金磁铁矿矿石进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究,查清了矿石化学成分、矿物组成、结构构造,以及主要有用矿物工艺特征等,分析得出影响金回收及铁精矿质量的主要因素为矿石中含金硫化物与磁铁矿嵌布关系复杂、粒度分布不均匀等,适宜采用先浮选含金硫化物,再磁选回收铁的选矿工艺。

    AbstractOptical microscope,X-ray diffraction and polarizingmicroscope are used to systematically study the process mineralogy of a gold-bearingmagnetite from Qinghai Province.The chemical composition,minerals,structures ofthe magnetite,as well as the mineralogical characteristics of major valuableminerals are studied.Analysis concluded that the main factors influencing goldrecovery and iron concentrates quality are the complex embedding relation ofmagnetite and gold-bearing sulfide minerals and heterogeneous graindistribution.It is suggested that the gold-bearing sulfide minerals berecovered first by flotation and then iron minerals be magnetically separated.
