  • 吉尔吉斯斯坦某铜金矿选矿工艺优化改造及应用……张延军,仵晓丹,李宏
  • 摘 要:吉尔吉斯斯坦某铜金矿选矿厂建成投产后未实现达产达标,对其磨浮系统进行了系统的技术诊断,查找出存在问题及原因,并实施了工艺优化改造。通过优化流程结构、更换自主研发的OT-F浮选机定子与叶轮及采用新型OT-Y10捕收剂等,精矿品位及回收率得到大幅提高:铜品位由21.2 %提高到24.0 %,铜回收率由72.4 %提高到90.0 %;金品位由38.8 g/t提高到42.4 g/t,金回收率由69.4 %提高到82.0 %,为企业创造了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

    Abstract:The concentrator of a copper-gold mine in Kyrgyzstan could not meet thedesign capacity.Systematic technical diagnose of the milling and flotationsystem of the concentrator was performed to find out the problems andcauses.Then,optimization renovation of the process was implemented.Byoptimizing the process structure,replacing the independently developed OT-Fflotation machine stator and impeller and adopting the new OT-Y10 collector,theconcentrate grade and recovery rate have been greatly improved: the coppergrade has increased from 21.2 % to 24.0 %,the recovery rate increased from 72.4% to 90.0 %; the gold grade increased from 38.8 g/t to 42.4 g/t,the goldrecovery rate increased from 69.4 % to 82.0 %,creating significant economic andsocial benefits for the company.
