  • 电感耦合等离子体质谱法与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定化探样品中的金……赵正鹏,刘淑亮,张汝生
  • 摘 要:采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附,硫脲解脱,电感耦合等离子体质谱法和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分别测定化探样品中的金,分析了硫脲溶液质量分数、内标元素、干扰元素、分析时间等影响因素,并对2种方法检出限、精密度和准确度进行对比。结果表明:2种方法的精密度、准确度和检出限都能够满足DZ/T 00112015 《地球化学普查规范(150 000)》要求,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法在测试金品位低于100 ng/g时效果较好,而电感耦合等离子体质谱法在测定大批量、金含量范围较宽时的效果更好,且节省了时间。采用2种方法对未知化探样品进行测试,t检验结果无显著性差异。

    AbstractGold ingeochemical samples is determined by inductively coupled plasma-massspectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry respectivelyafter the sample is adsorbed by polyurethane foaming plastic and eluted bythiourea.Influence factors of mass fraction of thiourea solution,internalstandard element,interference element,analysis time were analyzed,and the detectionlimit,precision and accuracy of the 2 methods were compared.The results showthat the 2 methods can meet the requirement of DZ/T 00112015 "geochemical general survey code(150 000)"in terms of precision,accuracy and detection limit.Graphite furnace atomicabsorption spectrometry has good effect when gold grade is below 100 ng/g,whileinductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry is better and saves time when thedetermination is in large scale and the gold content range is wide.The 2methods display no obvious T test result deviation when testing unknowngecchemical samples.
