  • 复杂含金银磁精矿酸性还原预处理试验研究……王成行,邱显扬*,胡真,宋宝旭
  • 摘 要:针对某金矿矿石磁选所得磁精矿中金、银、铜等矿物工艺特性,进行了酸性还原预处理试验,考察了还原剂、硫酸用量等工艺参数对铜、锰浸出的影响,分析了金、银浸出率与锰浸出率的相应关系。结果表明:银与锰矿物关系密切,锰矿物包裹银是导致银直接氰化浸出率低的主要原因;在常温常压酸性溶液中,铁粉是较好的还原剂;银浸出率与锰浸出率呈正相关,锰浸出率为56.86 %时,银浸出率可达86.02 %,且酸性还原预处理对金浸出有促进作用。

    Experimentalstudy on acid reduction pretreatment for complex magnetic separationconcentrates containing Au and Ag……Wang Chenghang,Qiu Xianyang,Hu Zhen,Song Baoxu

    AbstractAccording to thetechnological characteristics of Au,Ag and Cu minerals in the magneticseparation concentrates obtained from magnetic separation of the gold ores froma gold mine,acid reduction pretreatment was carried out.The influence of thetechnological parameters like reductant and sulfuric acid dosage on copper andmanganese leaching was investigated and the relation between Au and Ag leachingrate and Mn leaching rate was analyzed.The results show that Ag and Mn mineralsare closely related and Mn coated Ag is major cause for low direct cyanidationleaching rate of Ag; Fe powder is a good reductant in acidic solution at roomtemperature and atmospheric pressure; the leaching rate of Ag can reach 86.02 %while the leaching rate of Mn is 56.86 %,exhibiting positive relation betweenthe two,and acid reduction pretreatment can promote gold cyanide leaching.
