  • 摘 要:针对云南某含金铜矿石矿物组成比较复杂,铜矿物种类较多,铜氧化率较高的性质,进行了铜、硫优先浮选—磁铁矿弱磁选试验研究。结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074 mm80 %及最佳药剂制度条件下,获得了铜品位22.83 %、金品位30.21 g/t,铜回收率83.27 %、金回收率59.74 %的铜精矿,硫品位45.25 %、金品位2.54 g/t,硫回收率86.89 %、金回收率19.13 %的硫精矿,铁品位59.04 %、金品位0.81 g/t,铁回收率48.87 %、金回收率14.25 %的磁铁精矿,选矿试验技术经济指标较好,为选矿厂工业生产提供了技术支持。

    AbstractA gold-bearingcopper ore from Yunnan Province has complex mineral composition.There are manytypes of copper minerals and the oxidation rate of copper is high.In light ofthat,experimental study was conducted on copper and sulfur preferentialflotation-low-intensity magnetic separation of magnetite.The results show thatwith the grinding fineness of 80 %-0.074 mm and optimal reagent regime,a copperconcentrate with copper grade 22.83 %,gold grade 30.21 g/t,copper recovery rate83.27 % and gold recovery rate 59.74 % is obtained; a sulfur concentrate withsulfur grade 45.25 %,gold grade 2.54 g/t,sulfur recovery rate 86.89 %,goldrecovery rate 19.13 %; a magnetite concentrate with iron grade 59.04 %,goldgrade 0.81 g/t,iron recovery rate 48.87 %,gold recovery rate 14.25 %.Thetechnical indexes of the concentration experiment are good.The researchprovides technical support for industrial production of concentrators.
