  • 三鑫金铜矿深部中段顶柱回采稳定性分析……胡勇,王维,孙德胜,刘丰,葛永翔
  • 摘 要:针对三鑫金铜矿深部中段顶柱回采的稳定性问题,以-420~-570 m中段的顶柱为研究对象,利用Flac3D模拟软件,探索不同中段顶柱回采过程中的应力、位移、塑性区等变化规律,并根据前期研究结果,选取每个中段顶柱“一层三步骤”的回采过程进行分析。结果显示:随着中段的加深,应力、位移、塑性区等变化规律不变。水平位移值、竖直沉降值及底板隆起值均随中段呈线性变化,且均在-570 m中段达到最大。各中段靠近临空面处为活性塑性区,基本在1 m的范围内。在应力平衡过程中,巷道顶部的矿体均未形成塑性区,在回采的过程中较稳定。因此,采用的优化方案在各中段顶柱回采过程中,能够保证采场的稳定,安全可行。

    AbstractTo study thestability of crown pillar extraction in deep levels of Sanxin Gold-CopperMine,in a case study of the crown pillars at -420--570 m levels,the paper usedFlac3D simulation software to explore the changing rules of thestress,displacement and plastic zone during the crown pillars extractionprocess in different levels.And according to the early-stage study results,the"1 layer 3 steps" extraction process of the crown pillar at eachlevel was chosen for analysis.The results show that with the depth of thelevel,the changing rules of stress,displacement and plastic zone remain thesame.The magnitude of the horizontal displacement,vertical subsidence and floorheaving takes linear variation with the level and reaches the peak at the -570 mlevel.The sections adjacent to the free face are plastic zones with the rangewithin 1 m.In the stress balance process,the ore bodies at the top of theroadways have not formed the plastic zones and are stable during theextraction.Therefore,the optimization plan adopted is safe and viable,and canguarantee the stope stability of the crown pillar extraction at each level.
