  • 摘 要:某含银铅锌矿石有价元素为铅、锌、银,铅品位0.48 %、锌品位1.20 %、银品位150 g/t。针对该矿石性质,进行了选矿试验研究,考察了磨矿细度、调整剂、捕收剂、抑制剂及活化剂等因素对浮选指标的影响。结果表明:采用优先浮铅—铅尾矿浮锌工艺流程,可获得较好试验指标;在最佳试验条件下,银铅精矿铅品位53.28 %、铅回收率84.14 %,银品位13 880.85 g/t、银回收率70.28 %;锌精矿锌品位52.02 %、锌回收率83.39 %,银品位1 610.42 g/t、银回收率20.57 %;铅、锌、银均得到了较好的富集和回收。

    AbstractThe valuableelements in an Ag-bearing Pb-Zn ore are Pb,Zn and Ag.The Pb grade is 0.48 %,Zngrade is 1.20 % and Ag grade is 150 g/t.According to the oreproperty,experimental study was carried out to investigate the influence ofthe  factors of grindingfineness,modifier,collector,inhibitor and activator on flotation index.Theresults show that preferential Pb flotation-Zn flotation from Pb tailings flowsheet can obtain good test index; under optimal conditions,Pb grade is 53.28 %and Pb recovery rate is 84.14 %,Ag grade 13 880.85 g/t and Ag recovery rate is70.28 % in Ag-Pb concentrates; Zn grade is 52.02 % and Zn recovery rate is83.39 %Ag grade is 1 610.42 g/t and Ag recovery rate is 20.57 % in Znconcentrates.Pb,Zn and Ag are well concentrated and recovered.
