  • 含氰尾矿与冶炼烟气协同优化试验研究及应用……迟崇哲,楚金澄,邱陆明,孟凡钰,刘强
  • 摘 要:针对某黄金冶炼公司生产工艺特点,以实现含氰尾矿达标堆存外售,冶炼烟气达标排放为主要目的,采用长春黄金研究院有限公司自主研发的WAST技术进行了含氰尾矿与冶炼烟气协同优化实验室、半工业试验及工业应用。结果表明:WAST技术工业运行稳定,其对含氰尾矿中氰化物的去除率达99 %以上,冶炼烟气中二氧化硫的利用率高达99.5 %。优化后的尾矿达到HJ 9432018 《黄金行业氰渣污染控制技术规范》入库处置及产品利用标准,临时堆存,定期外售;冶炼烟气实现了稳定达标排放。

    AbstractBased on thecharacteristics of the production process of a gold smelting company,WASTtechnology independently developed by Chagnchun Gold Research InstituteCo.,Ltd.is used to carry out synergistic optimization of cyanide tailings andsmelting flue gas through lab test,pilot test and industrial application,inorder for the cyanide tailings to reachthe stockpiling and sale standards and for the smelting flue gas to reach theemission standards.The results show that industrial application of WASTtechnology renders stable operation performance with the removal rate ofcyanide from cyanide tailings up to over 99 % and the utilization rate ofsulfur dioxide in smelting flue gas up to 99.5 %.According to the storagedisposition and product utilization standards stipulated by HJ 943-2018"Technical Code for Cyanide Tailings Pollution Control in GoldIndustry",the optimized tailings can be stockpiled temporarily and soldregularly,and steady and standard emission of smelting flue gas is achieved.
