  • 某金矿全尾砂膏体充填料浆性能试验研究……杨纪光,杜加法,荆晓东,盛宇航,宋泽普
  • 摘 要:充填采矿方法是现代地下矿山开采的主要方法。某金矿使用+37 μm的粗尾砂进行高浓度胶结充填,并已成熟应用分级尾砂胶结充填技术。为最大限度使用尾砂,减少尾矿库中-37 μm细尾砂排放量,降低整个矿山开采成本和消除安全隐患,该金矿对全尾砂膏体充填综合性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:采用全尾砂膏体充填时,充填料浆浓度可以提高至76 %左右,满足膏体输送的技术要求,相比原分级粗尾砂充填,同等灰砂比情况下充填体强度明显提高,固化速度更适宜井下采矿的需要。

    AbstractFilling miningmethod is the main method for the exploitation of modern underground mines.+37 μm coarse-grained tailings are used in a gold mine to carry out high-concentrationcement filling and the graded tailings cement filling technology is usedmaturely.To make maximum use of tailings,-37 μm fine-grainedtailings discharge is reduced,lowering overall mining cost and eliminatingsafety risks.Experimental study was carried out on the comprehensiveperformance of ungraded-tailings paste filling in a gold mine.The results showthat when ungraded-tailings paste is used in filling,the filling pulps concentration can be increased to 76 % to meet the technical requirementof paste transportation,and compared to the previous graded coarse-grainedtailings filing,the filling body strength is evidently improved at the samecement-sand ratio and the solidification speed is more fit for undergroundmining.
