  • 金精矿添加铅盐氰化浸出试验研究……苑宏倩,郑艳平,杨海鸣
  • 摘 要:某金精矿组成复杂,含有铜、铅、锌等多种金属,且金矿物嵌布粒度比较细小。针对其性质特点,进行了提金试验研究。结果表明:对该金精矿采用重选—重尾氰化浸出工艺进行处理,可实现就地产金,但重尾直接氰化浸出时,金浸出率不理想,且氰化钠消耗量较大;通过采用铅盐预处理后再氰化浸出,可显著提高重尾金浸出率,由直接氰化的93.80 %提高到95.72 %,且大幅降低了氰化钠用量。

    AbstractCertain goldconcentrates have complex compositions,containing many metals like Cu,Pb,Zn andso on,and the gold minerals are embedded in fine grains.According to the oreproperty,experimental study on gold leaching was carried out.The results showthat the treatment of gold concentrates by gravity separation-gravity tailingscyanidation process can produce gold on the spot,but direct cyanidation ofgravity tailings has poor gold leaching rate plus high consumption of sodiumcyanide; pretreated with Pb salt prior to cyanidation,the gravity tailingspresented obviously higher gold leaching rate,increased from 93.80 % obtainedby direct cyanidation to 95.72 %,and greatly reduced the consumption of sodiumcyanide.
